This is a two-story red brick building with a flat roof, constructed in 1921. The ground floor has a canted entrance on the southeast corner, which has a single door with the surrounding area filled with glass block. This recessed area has arched openings. The entrance to the second level has an arched opening made of stone blocks. Some of the windows on the east side are filled with glass block. There is a commercial storefront on the south which is currently occupied by a fitness center. The bank portion of the building is currently vacant, but a sign indicates it will soon be home to a coffee shop.

The second level is vacant at this time. The windows are one-over-one wood framed, set in doubles except over the entrance bay. The windows have continuous stone sills and lintels. Above the windows is a small stone cornice, and above that small stone edged panels.

West of the main entrance are two display windows and above them is a panel reading "FIRST NATIONAL BANK". Above the canted entrance are two panels reading "1921" and "BANK".

Year of construction: 1921
