Waypoint 20 C marks an intersection of trail #20. The wide north-south trail is part of both the Trans Canada Trail network and the Rideau Trail network. The sign is near the crossing of this trail with Timm Drive.
The National Capital Commission (NCC) maintains waypoint signs throughout the Greenbelt, a natural area which surrounds the city of Ottawa. The waypoints mark trail intersections. The signs include geographic co-ordinates and a map of other waypoints.
