This was a blast from my past and I consider myself very lucky to have recognized the area. Camp Bradford was dedicated in 1970 and was heavily used throught the 1980's as a scout camp. I spent much time here in the early to mid 80's at camporees and troop events. While the property has always been owned by Indiana University as part of their Bradford Woods facility, the council decided to invest its resources in it's other facilities. Camp Bradford was turned back over to Indiana University who now manages and maintains the camp. The Crossroads of America Council still utilizes it as a Boy Scout camp, but does not list it on their website as an active scout camp. The council's use policy for Bradford Woods can be found at: (visit link)

In it's glory day, the "A" structure held a massive sign at the enterance. I am very sad to see it gone. All that remains is the dedication plaque as pictured.
