"Auparavant, c’était le Buffet de la gare. L’ancien restaurant deviendra «?Le Train Rouge?», avec 400m² de bureaux et 250m² de restaurant. Les travaux vont démarrer pour une ouverture à l’été de l’an prochain.

Il y a une dizaine d’années, le Dinannais Michel Guillotin a créé Job’n Box. Son agence d’intérim de la rue Carnot a vite fait des petits, Rennes, Saint-Malo ou Ploërmel, et bientôt Brest. Le réseau breton compte désormais une dizaine d’agences. D’où la nécessité de créer un nouveau siège social pour sa société, «?que je voulais maintenir à Dinan?». Un projet doublé du désir de redonner au Buffet de la gare son lustre d’antan et qu’il reconnaît lui-même «?un peu fou, mais tellement exaltant?».
250m² de restaurant
Le projet du «?Train Rouge?» est sur donc les rails, avec l’acquisition de l’aile droite de la gare de Dinan. «?D’une part, 400 m² de bureaux, où seront installés les bureaux du siège social du réseau Job’n Box, une quinzaine de salariés. D’autre part le restaurant lui-même, 250 m² plus la terrasse, quarante couverts pour commencer, avec une équipe de cinq personnes.?»
Les travaux devraient commencer dès ce mois d’avril, pour une ouverture prévue avant l’été 2018. Ce sont les architectes Guillaume et Isabelle Dubois, du cabinet Atelier 48.2, de Saint-Briac, qui ont préparé les plans et qui suivront le chantier.
