"Alter Zoll" in Bonn is a former bastion of Bonn's city fortifications. It was built around 1644 and lies on the slope of the banks of the Rhine.
From the platform you have a beautiful view of the Rhine, the Kennedy-Bridge, the eastern parts of Bonn and the Siebengebirge with the Drachenfels.
The horizon on the western bank of the Rhine is dominated by the two skyscrapers in the south of Bonn, the "Lange Eugen" and the "DHL-Tower".
The viewpoint is a must for every tourist.
