In 1906 Jan Röhrig built what is popularly known as the "Schlösschen" at the old mouth of the Sieg, today's entrance to the marina. In the early years, the building served as a grocery store.
The building was also called the boathouse, because rowing boats were accommodated in the lower part.
The "Hafenschlösschen" has been extended and rebuilt several times since then. Today there is a cafe in the building.
The year of construction is located at the western turret on the southern side of the building.
Below are the initials "J. R. " for the builder Jan Röhrig.
