At the eastern end of the Coulee Dam Bridge, a large truss bridge, an NRHP site built by the PWA, is where one will find Q 510.

The disk is in the north sidewalk, just off the east end of the bridge proper, near the north edge of the sidewalk and near the large concrete pillar with an old fashioned lamp post atop.

AT COULEE DAM, IN TOP OF THE NORTH EDGE OF THE NORTH SIDEWALK OVER THE EAST ABUTMENT OF THE STEEL BRIDGE OVER THE COLUMBIA RIVER, 1.9 KM (1.15 MI) NORTHEAST OF THE WEST END OF THE COULEE DAM, 1.8 METERS (6 FT) NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB OF THE BRIDGE, 1.4 METERS (4.5 FT) EAST OF THE EAST EDGE OF THE OF THE NORTHEAST CONCRETE GUARD RAIL, 1.5 METERS (5 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST STEEL GIRDER.
THE MARK IS 0.2 M ABOVE THE HIGHWAY.
