The mural in the lobby of the Robstown post office was painted by Alice Reynolds in 1941. The mural is in the business office section but can be viewed through glass doors from the post office box section.

On the left is a train station with a locomotive and one car. Behind the station is a plowed field. In front of the locomotive are people, grouped around talking. Three men have hoes and are working at improving a road.
In the center are a couple of building with more people. A large tree is cut down laying near the road. A swath of green goes from front to back possibley indicating a creek bed.
To the right of the green swath are three large wagons loaded down with cotton headed toward some buildings on the upper right.
