Either side of a semi-circular arch that houses this classic clock-face that unfortunately wasn't working, or least not on the correct time, are a 'Eiffel Tower' like spire. The clock face has a circular moulding around it. The Roman numerals of the clock are painted light brown, like all the other effects. The clock hands are double tapered, and also brown. The are minute 'ticks', and five minutely 'v' marks within two close concentric rings.
On top of the semicircular arch is an orb, mounted on a stump of a square post. The building was built in 1909.
