This two-story, Decorative Brick building is located at 138 N 2nd Street. The first floor fenestration for the east facade is a central wood and glass door that opens to a stairway leading to the second floor. There is a glass transom above. The storefront on the left side has a deeply recessed entryway with a glass and wood door with a glass transom above. Flanking each side of the doorway is a glass and metal display case that extends to the sidewalk. The right storefront has a central entryway with a glass and wood door. It's bay display window is flush to the entry. Decorative glass panels extent over the left storefront, over the central entryway, and over the right storefront, with a decorative molding with spaced sunflowers above that.

Second floor fenestration consists of four pairs of double-hung windows with decorative patterned brickwork lintels. There appears that there has been damage to the cornice brickwork.
