With several other, but upturned plastic or fibreglass cones in the yard, the Themed Homemade Letterbox doesn't look so out of place. I don't know if you grew with a saying, handed down my parents: "I Scream, You scream, We all scream for …"; well, that cool treat is NOT on offer at this address!
This may have been designed for a tourist park, as not only was there the slot for poking the mail through, and the locked access to get the mail from, but there was also a place to deposit your rubbish - except that it was locked shut.
This has a cream coloured cone for the base, and the mail slot is placed in a mixture of some lime, and orange coloured gelato, with strawberry coloured behind it, and another serving, of vanilla ice cream/gelato on top. It is right beside the vehicular entry to the factory. Behind is an upturned and larger pink cone. Other upturned cones are: green, orange, and blue.
