This abstract sculpture is located outside of Hamilton General Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario. Called "To Life", or "L'Haim" in french, the sculpture was designed by Augustin Filipovic and was placed on December 12, 1997.
The sculpture was placed by local art philanthropist Irving Zucker who has donated several sculptures to the Hamilton Art Gallery as well.
