Constructed by the WPA in 1936-7, this City Hall building still houses Wagoner's city offices.

This is a one-story rectangular (40 x 79 ft) building constructed of rusticated and coursed native sandstone. The flat roof now has a low-pitch gabled roof, and the windows on the two sides have been covered with wood boards.
On the west side of the building, there is an added drive-thru window and the boarded windows now contain murals. The windows on the facade have been replaced with single pane casement units. A glass-walled entry vestibule has been added at the front entrance.
