Floyd Norris Park is located at Muskogee Avenue and Spring Street, south of the North Eastern State University campus. This is a large gazebo on the park's north side.
The gazebo is 8-sided and supported by fiberglass beams. The roof is wood, with composition shingles and has two tiers, with a small cupola. Metal railings surround the gazebo, with three entrances. The floor is concrete with two steps. Three metal benches are bolted to the concrete flooring.
