The CCC was very active in Yosemite National Park between 1933 to 1942. The Tuolumne Meadows Visitors Center is just one of many projects that the CCC performed to make the Park what it is today.

The CCC was responsible for many of the trails and structures in Yosemite Park. Some 10,000 workers passed through the Park and built many of the existing trails (including the cables up the side of Half Dome), as well as many structures that still stand today.
I couldn't find any date for the the completion of the Visitors Center but the large wooden sign outside the building gives a fitting tribute to the contributions the CCC made to the Park.
