This culvert is located at the intersection of Hiwassee Road and N.E. 63rd Street, east of Oklahoma City. The culvert is located just east of Hiwassee and runs north-south. The culvert opening is approximately 3 ft. high and 6 ft. wide. Because of this area of high traffic and population, the area around the culvert openings is littered with trash.
The culvert was constructed in 1937 as shown on the WPA shield stamped into the curbing.
