The stamp block issued by the Czechoslovakia Post on October 21, 1950 consists of four stamps depicting changes of the Prague Castle panorama during centuries. The engraving of the panorama based on the picture of Czech painter Ludvik Kohl from 1794 shows that since that time the panorama is almost the same as nowadays. The stamp block was issued on the occasion of the National Postage Stamps Exhibition in 1950. Careful observer can find most distinct difference - missing two towers of St Vitus Cathedral, which were erected until during 19th century.
