This mural was originally on a one story building. Construction above the mural has changed it a little from the original. A new door was installed. The old door was part of the mural so the look has changed a little.
Done in dark blue, light blue, yellow, gold, and white squares. The face of Rawlins shows a bald man with one eye closed and the other open wide with a raised eyebrow. One of the teeth is painted gold.
