A cowboy trying to lasso a mail box...
The sign holder (sign missing) it's pole members stand in for the horse's body and the mail box his head of the horse, I mean), giving this cowboy a means to get around, even if he is stuck in the ground.

Muffler body, and exhaust pipe arms and legs, not sure what the head is, but the mustache is a horse shoe.
