Die Hütte ist nicht bewirtschaftet - die letzte bewirtschaftete Hütte ist die Schwarze Hütte im Rappenalptal (auf 1225 Meter Höhe). (

This ranch is called Trifthütte and is the southernmost building in Germany. It is at a hight of 1759 Meter (according to the plaque). Formerly it was called "Alpe Haldenwang".
"Alpe" is the German word for "Alpine transhumance". (
