In 1983, all by the theater's façade was razed to build a modern office building. This terra-cotta façade was incorporated into the side of the new building.

Cinema Treasures

Built in 1926. Designed by Boller Brothers firm. Done in Spanish Colonial and Rococco style. Its fantastic terra-cotta facade has columns and multicolored arches decorated with gilded medallions.
