He wears a full headdress, a draped breechcloth, moccasins, and a bear necklace. In each hand, he holds saucers, which form the fountain from which the public can drink. On either side of the figure is a low relief depiction of corn stalks. The stele is flanked by a low exedra; three steps lead up to the site.
