The Route 66, Western Motel was closed for many years but rumors were proved correct when the Motel was reopened to Route 66 trippers, a few years ago, but alas not for long, it now appears to be residential guests only.
At least the Neon sign, wearing its Cowboy Hat, appears to be in good condition.
