A stunning 1950's Googie neon sign, stands alongside the Mother Road, & the inlaid kerbside, 'Route 66 commemorative strip' that runs all the way into Tulsa. ( See my Route 66 posting: (visit link) )

"A rather interesting looking sign, marquee to the Oasis Motel features either a moon or banana. Then again, any sign with a name like oasis makes one wonder if the sign itself is a mirage."
