This U.S. Geological Survey Disk is found on the west lawn of the former Garfield County Library, now a new building housing the Enid Public Library. Set in a concrete monument, the disk is stamped H 5 and dated 1928. This disk also states the elevation - 1245 feet above sea level.

The coordinates of this benchmark differ from those published in the GH0416 data sheet.
