The Marlow Post Office is built in the style similar to all Treasury Department construction under the New Deal.

The Marlow Post Office (73055) is located at 324 W. Main. This is a one-story building of light colored brick, with a flat roof, built in 1940. Each of the window bays is slightly recessed with graduated brick pilasters. The entrance is centered and accessed by five concrete steps with concrete sidewalls. There is a double glass door with transom. Above the three central window unit on the facade are friezes with cast medallions. There is a concrete block water table, and a basement level. Below the roof line is a concrete belt course and the words "United States Post Office / Marlow Oklahoma".
On the northwest corner of the building is a granite cornerstone which reads:
