The sundial is located by the playground. When I was there is was cloudy and raining, so I was not able to test the sundial.

You stand on the month that you're in and the sunlight is used to shadow the time. When I did it, the time was one hour earlier than it really was.

Whenever sunlight is available. Dawn to dusk
