The Vici City Hall building is a one-story tan brick building with a basement and concrete foundation. The building is symmetrical with the facade facing North. The single door entry is reached by seven concrete steps, and is flanked by sidelights, and three multi-pane fixed windows on either side, which have cast stone sills and lintels. The black cloth awnings were added at a later date.
The building has a barrel roof, and a stepped parapet at the front. It looks rather like a school gymnasium, but was built as a city hall. The side and rear walls are constructed of concrete block.
On the upper wall above the entrance are two block panels reading 1939 and CITY HALL. This was a WPA project with an appropriation of $17,794.
