Klee monoliths - four colorful steel monoliths on the Neuallermöher Querweg in the Hamburg district Neuallermöhe
Information about the project:
The Klee monoliths are a group of interactive, usable sculptures: you can go through the monoliths.
The monoliths stand on heavy concrete foundations that protect them from wind and vandalism.
The sculptures in cheerful colors are reminiscent of bridge arches that dance funny out of line.
We were inspired by Paul Klee's picture "Revolution of the Viaduct", which hangs in the Hamburger Kunsthalle.
