EN: This wayside cross stands at the intersection of Schönmaatt and Eigentalstrasse in the agricultural area north of Gempen. The cross is made of rectangular sandstone beams and has a gray metal figure and INRI plate. It stands on a large pedestal made of a lighter stone with the inscription: "In memory of our dear father late Anton Berger-Widmann * 1870 - 1936 †"
DE: Dieses Wegkreuz steht an der Kreuzung von Schönmaatt und Eigentalstrasse im Landwirtschaftsgebiet nördlich von Gempen. Das Kreuz besteht aus rechteckigen Sandsteinbalken und hat eine graue Metallfigur und eine INRI-Tafel. Es steht auf einem grossen Sockel aus einem helleren Stein mit der Inschrift: "Zum Andenken an unseren lieben Vater seilg Anton Berger-Widmann * 1870 - 1936 †"
