EN: This fountain is located in the corner of the Schlossplatz east of the old town of Aarau.
It has an oval stone trough just over a meter wide on a small pedestal. At the back side it has a square fountain column, which is structured with horizontal lines and a flower relief around the faucet. The fountain is not dated and has neither any other inscriptions.
DE: Dieser Brunnen steht in der Ecke des Schlossplatzes östlich der Altstadt von Aarau.
Er hat einen ovalen Steintrog von etwas über einem Meter Breite auf einem kleinen Podest. Dahinter steht eine quadratische Brunnensäule die mit waagrechten Linien strukturiert ist und ein Blütenrelief um die Röhre hat. Der Brunnen ist nicht datiert und hat auch keine anderen Inschriften.
