Fuzzy's corporate logo, often seen with "Eat Me", is a green shark, although some of us who were once in the gaming industry see a resemblance to a certain
green fish. In this case, the shark is outlined in green neon, with a yellow eye with a green border, and green for the gills. The mouth is red neon, with purple teeth and a yellow tongue that looks like fire, suggesting hot and spicy food.
The other sign has "Tacos" in green neon, wrapping slightly around the top of a taco shell that is done in yellow neon, with toppings in red (tomatoes?), green (lettuce?), and purple (beans? sour cream?).
Fuzzy's Taco Shop could be called Fuzzy's 2.0, as the current ownership bought the original Fort Worth store in 2003, reworked things, and then expanded. Today, they have nearly a hundred locations across eleven states. They are probably best known for their Baja Tacos, with your choice of soft or crispy, chicken, brisket, ground beef, pork, veggie, fish, shrimp, or fajita meat, all topped with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, feta cheese, and garlic sauce. The California Heat Taco is also fairly popular for those who like a little spice.
They do have appetizers, and if the tacos aren't your thing, they offer salads, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, sandwiches, enchiladas, and fajitas. There is also a small kids menu. Soft drinks, coffee, and bottled water are available, and if you plan to have dessert, they've got it, in the form of churros and sopapillas. A small beer and wine menu is available, and they offer free wi-fi.
For those who are up early, they also offer breakfast tacos, with combinations of egg, cheese, potato, bacon, chorizo, and shrimp, as well as breakfast plates like huevos rancheros, migas, chilaquiles, a taco plate, and a breakfast sandwich.
