[ENG] A view from the western side of the so-called 'White-City-Lake' in Upper Franconia, Bavaria, Germany. The panoramic view towards the inner city (church) is about nearly 1000 meters and is giganomous (not only when weather is fine). The lake is not a natural lake. It was created in 1973 and mastered in 1974. Decades later a large Sea Hotel was errected on the western side of the lake. Some years later a THERME(Spa) was masted, named > Siebenquell <

[DE] Die Stadt liegt eingebettet im Tal der Eger zwischen Waldstein, Rudolfstein und Höllpass auf der Hochebene des Fichtelgebirges am Flußlauf der Eger, die hier zu einem künstlichen See aufgestaut wurde.
