The mural shows the historic downtown area like it must've looked like a century ago. The mural shows the Standard Oil Products gas station. There's also the Felton Hotel and the old church. The street is dirt, compared to present day asphalted CA-9. "In loving memory of Noel Belardi. Original owner of the Felton Hotel."
