The Texas and pacific has a long and storied history in the Lone Star Stae, but wss acquired ny the Missouri Pacific in the 1920s, and so the veriges of the T&P logo and name are few and far between anymore.
One T&P sign adorns this waymarked steel girder bridge that carries the old T&P RR (now Union Pacific RR) route over State Highway 180/Main Street.
