Description:
Historique:

Description:
The sundial is located on the commune of La Beaume, in the French department of Hautes-Alpes, west of the village on the departmental road 993 towards the Col de Cabre, at the end of a tunnel. It is carved from the rock at about fifty meters above the road.
It is engraved in the rock on a table of 35 m2 and is 7 meters high.
It is a slightly inclined dial, declining to the west by about ten degrees, engraved on a flat surface of rock.
