The Aurora mill and grain store is located in the Wilhelmsburg district of Hamburg.
About 185,000 tons of grain have been milled in the Hamburger mill every year since 1895. These include traditional brand names such as Aurora, Diamant and Gloria for the private endowment as well as high-quality grits, pastry blends, wheat and rye types, as well as whole-grain flour and flour.
