The Carnegie Library Building in Springville, UT was built in 1922. It is now a museum for the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, and the home of the Springville Historical Society. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
There is a nice statue of Mark Twain on the grounds that is also loggable as a waymark in the "'Sit-by-me' statues" category:
