Florence's headstone plaque is on the western side of the concrete 'runner' of Lawn Cemetery ONE; so that you are looking towards Central Road (aka College Drive) as you are reading the following:

Unfortunately there is 'little' (read, nothing) found on searching for this Florence Cornish. But having been born in ~1886 she would have seen so much change in her lifetime.
For example, from possibly seeing one of the major forms of transportation - Steamship, Horse and carriage, or Rail, change to Motor Vehicle or Airplane! Also, if she was born in South Australia she would have seen the 'Right to Vote' for Women, come in in 1895 (1899 in Western Australia, and 1902 in New South Wales, and Australia in general) !
And unfortunately I cannot find any more information either, on her husband, William Francis Cornish, who died on 19 May 1973 ('buried', 21/5/1973), aged 87, and has a plaque on the Grave Site beside her (#114), just to the south.
