The "Eselsbrunnen" (donkey well) is a fountain with a bronze sculpture which reminds of the tradition of the ride with the donkey on the "Drachenfels" in the Siebengebirge. It was created by Ernemann Sanders in 1984.

The plastic shows two donkeys in narrow contact. The piece of art stands on a basalt fountain near the ferry on the Rhine shore of Königswinter.
