[D] Frühgotische Feldstein-Saalkirche mit einem später angebauten Holzturm (von 1629 ?). Die Kirche soll 1227 nach der Schlacht von Bronhöved von Adolf IV., Graf von Schauenburg, als Dankeskirche gestiftet worden sein.
1844 wurde bei einem Umbau fast aller Schmuck entfernt, viele Inventarstücke verkauft, nachträglich ein halrundes Fenster in die Ostwand eingebaut und Emporen für die Patronatsfamilien errichtet.
1870 wurde statt des schadhaften Kupferdaches ein Schieferdach aufgesetzt. 1949 und 1960 wurden bei Renovierungen die seitlichen Emporen je zur Hälfte wieder entfernt. Das Ostfenster wurde wieder zugemauert (ist von außen noch zu erkennen).

Early Gothic hall church with a later added wodden tower ( 1629 ?). The church is to be donated by Adolf IV, Count of Schauenburg, as a return in 1227 after the Battle of Bornhöved.
Most embellishment was detached during a reconstruction in 1844. Many inventory items were sold. An addional window was built into the east wall and a gallary for the family of patronage was mounted.
In 1870, the damaged copper roof is replaced with a slated roof. Halv of the gallary is removed in 1949 and 1960. The window in the east wall is bricked up as well.
