The Knock of Crieff is a wooded hill lying on the north side of the market town of Crieff in Perthshire, Scotland. The true summit is at 278 metres amidst the forest, but half a mile to the south-west is a lower summit at 241 metres in open ground which is situated the view indicator.

It was originally a chromium plated copper disc, covered with glass, on an octagonal granite pillar, designed by Duncan K Paterson of Paisley and erected by Crieff Town Council in 1930. The indicator was donated by an anonymous donor in memory of Robert Rule, a Glaswegian cloth manufacturer who retired to Crieff and had passed away the previous year. The inscription on the plinth reads as follows:

IN MEMORY OF ROBERT RULE

BENACHIE CRIEFF

"I will lift up mine eyes to unto the hills from whence cometh my help"

The original disc has been replaced with a laminated one. The view takes in the lowlands of Scotland to the south and the mountains of the Highlands to the north. The Knock is well signposted from the town centre.
