In an area of Oklahoma City now known as Uptown 23rd, buildings that were aging are being renovated and the area is being turned into an entertainment street with restaurants, theater and other entertainment venues. This colorful mural is painted on the brick wall of 516-520 N.W. 23rd Street, occupied by Studio7 Dance.
There is an up and coming theme in Oklahoma of the Buffalo and they are being seen more and more in murals and sculptures. This mural has a geodesic background of varying pastel-colored triangles. Set on this background are four stylized buffalo, also sectioned into triangles.
There is no artist's acknowledgement on the wall giving any indication of its name or creator.
