Numerous military displays and memorials are located in Woodland Veterans Park. This bell is located at the east side, adjacent to the swimming pool. The display is a bell with No. 28 Yoke and wheel.
The concrete pillar base has a bronze plaque which reads: In memory of David Esau Climer S1 US Navy WWII.
David Climer was born July 27, 1926 and passed away October 25, 1983. He was laid to rest in Resthaven Cemetery, Shawnee.
