Ticket prices will vary according to a given event. The Mansfield Commission for the Arts provides a
calendar of city events, and those taking place here are listed as being at "Historic Downtown Mansfield".
A City of Mansfield Historic Landmark sign on the building reads:
Opening October 10, 1917, the theater was operated successfully by the Farr family as Mansfield's only movie theater until the death of Roy Farr in 1975. It was sold to Charlotte Martin, who renamed it "Old Bijou Theater." In 1980, it was purchased by St. John Lutheran Church which met here until 1988. It was then sold to the Main Street Theater, Inc., a local theater group, providing entertainment in the form of live theater and stage shows.
