This carousel is on the banks of the Seine near the Eiffel Tower. There is another carousel on the other side of the river.

This elaborate carousel has two levels. In addition to horses, the carousel features a train, spaceships, carriages, etc. Some of the horses have bicylce wheels on their back legs for some reason.
