This border crossing is located between Alabama and Georgia on Alabama's State Route 117 and Georgia State Route 48. This is also the border of the Eastern and Central Time Zones.
The Alabama side has a Welcome Sign stating "Welcome to Alabama the Beautiful" along with signs "Entering Central Time Zone" and "Enter Dekalb County".
The Georgia side features a stone tablet with the words Georgia State Line on it. Beside that is a "Welcome To Georgia State of Adventure" sign and a Chattooga County sign.
Very close by is a gas station which you can easily park at.
