The Villa was a Rotary project made possible by the Rotary Club of Trail. On the sign for The Villa has the Rotary logo. It is an independent senior living facility.

They offer Semi-Private, Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedrooms units. Income assistance is available for those who qualify.

Yard and building maintenance is included.
