Standing figure of Ebenezer Knight Dexter in Continental costume. In his proper right hand he holds a scroll which says "To the City of Providence." In his proper left hand he holds a hat and walking stick.

Inscription reads:

Presented to the Citizens of Providence, by Henry C. Clark, Esq., in honor of Ebenezer Knight Dexter, who gave his property for the benefit of the public and the homeless.

Location:
Statue is placed at the north end of Dexter Training Grounds, aka Armory Park, and is surrounded by an iron fence.
