Immediately south is the Toby Theatre, a theatre opened in 1950 and closed in (I believe) 2014. Immediately north is
Rusty the Moose, a life sized car parts sculpture. Immediately north of Rusty is the
The Artym Gallery, owners of Rusty who bought him in Kalispell, MT and brought him here. It is the Artym Gallery on which this webcam is mounted, near the back (west) end of the building, looking south on Seventh Avenue, or
Main Street to the natives. The webcam's page notes that the camera is sponsored by
Inspire Floral Boutique.
Downtown Invermere Webcam
The downtown Invermere webcam shows a south-facing view of 7th Avenue, or Main Street, as it’s popularly known.
In the foreground, you will see Cenotaph Square with its war memorial and perhaps you will be able to pick out some of your favorite shops.
Check the webcam to watch the many celebrations such as the Canada Day parade and Remembrance Day service that take place right here on Main Street.
When planning your trip to Invermere, be sure to check out the Invermere webcam to see road conditions and weather.
The downtown Invermere webcam uploads a live shot every 15 seconds and provides a bird’s eye view of what’s happening. Our webcams have been very popular over the past years and visited daily by hundreds. The webcam does not record anything.
